What will you do?

The Business Analyst in the Commercial Enablement team works with Finance, Commercial, and Operations leaders to develop tools, systems, and dashboards that surface data-driven insights quickly and accurately. You will help the functions bridge system disconnects and optimize processes by translating business needs into functional products which can be tested and released for use by the group.

You will methodically investigate, analyze and document business processes and functions, identifying specific business benefits that could be gained from new or improved data-driven products to help teams meet short and long-term business strategies.

A day in the life as a Business Analyst:

Leading structured meetings and using collaborative workshops to gather requirements and uncover expectations.

Elicit what is behind and underneath stated requirements rather than just collating and organizing them.

Craft viable specifications to a high professional standard and agree acceptance and success criteria for homegrown solutions.

Bring those solutions to fruition through creative and cost-effective programming skills.

You will prioritize system functionality based on requirements applying a Minimal Viable Product approach.

The Business Analyst will provide technical analysis and development of solutions in support of the business and will run the deployment, testing, validation, performance, operations and continuous support and improvement of Finance dashboards, quote books, calculators, and automated processes.

This Business Analyst role requires a balance of business process understanding and technical breadth and an ability to operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements to the Commercial Finance team.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field - finance or IT.

Experience in budget and financial analysis and/or bid preparation will be considered an advantage

Expert level experience with MS Excel

Consistent record of success in business analysis and/or Finance

​Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Experience in data visualization and interpretation, project management and development of these solutions

Analytically thinking and action focused, thriving in collaborative situations. Independent, organized and priority aware. Able to balance and progress a number of projects at various stages.

Expertise and substantial working experience with all MS OS Windows tools and all MS Office applications.

Builder of organizational relationships with ability to influence and challenge others

Capable of producing high-quality written documentation, communications materials and proficient in verbal communication. Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners
