Job Description:

As a Brand-Category Financial Analysis professional at Band 3, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing strategic insights for brand-category performance. You will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance, and supporting decision-making within the organization. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large projects, including conducting financial analysis to evaluate brand-category performance like sales, profitability, and expenses.Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Coach and develop others to continuously improve financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth and profitability improvement.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.Develop financial models and forecasts to assess the impact of various scenarios on brand-category performance.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

Strong experience in financial analysis within the consumer goods industry or related field.Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.Solid understanding of key financial concepts such as P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial analysis.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification is a plus).
