As\na Commercial Finance Lead at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in\nproviding financial support and guidance to the business. You will be\nresponsible for Finance aspects of the business in the Latin America region. In\nthis role you will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize\nrevenue and minimize costs. Your expertise in financial analysis and\nforecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business\nexpansion and mitigating financial risks, ensuring accurate finance reporting\nto the business.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director IA LATAM, dotted line to CFO\nAmericas of the business and you’ll work out of our Mexico City  location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial success of the organization by\nproviding strategic financial support and guidance. You will collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business\nobjectives. Your responsibilities will include.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data and identify trends to provide insights for business growth and profitability.Participating in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.Drive the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.Monitor and evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Serve as a key point of contact for regional or divisional finance matters, representing the Region/Division in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Project Managers, Controllership, Tax, Legal, ISC, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operation.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum\nof 6 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.Bachelor's Degree in a finance related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving\nskills.Excellent knowledge of financial\nprinciples and practices US GAAP and IFRS.Proficiency in financial analysis\nsoftware and MS OfficeAbility to work independently and\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and\npresentation skills.WE VALUEDynamic and self-motivated individuals.Advanced MS Excel proficiency.Strong teamwork and collaboration\nskills.Innovative and eager to learn mindset.Curious individuals with a passion\nfor continuous improvements.
