About the Role:

As a member of the UK Decision Support team, you will partner with the commercial organization, playing a key role in strategic and tactical planning. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Heads of Sales, Marketing Director, CFO, and Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Build trusted partnerships with senior leadership and business areas supported.Contribute to strategic and tactical planning.Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.Enhance management information and analytics for effective decision-making.Innovate and implement metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize costs.Drive efficiencies within finance through process review and automation.Prepare and review key monthly reports, summarizing performance and outlook.Provide timely analysis of results and forecasts.Develop and prepare metrics reporting aligned with business priorities.Ensure timely delivery of month-end results with insightful analysis.Coordinate with Financial Accounts for accurate reportingSupport sales forecasting processes.Understand the implications of billing movements on revenue recognition.Deliver quarterly forecasts covering sales, revenue, and costs.

Requirements

Relevant experience in a commercial finance role.Holds accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar), or finalistAbility to operate in a specialist area and deliver results.Strong understanding of principles and concepts in finance.Excellent teamwork and communication skillsHigh degree of discretion and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
