We have a Commercial Glass Branch Manager opportunity for our commercial branch in Vancouver, WA.  This position will give you the opportunity to use your team leadership skills, profit and loss proficiency, and sales experience.  

A Commercial Glass Branch Manager leads and manages day-to-day operations in a sales and service environment by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Our Commercial Glass Branch Manager opportunity has a salary range from $70K to $75K per year

You will also have annual bonus opportunities based on the performance of the store

Job Duties

Manage staff and daily scheduling and assigning duties. Ensure a culture of safety and productivity is embraced and demonstrated by employees in the shop and on the jobsite. Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues with a sense of urgency. Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations. Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff. Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers. May perform the duties and responsibilities of a technician. Experience and demonstrated knowledge with a P&L statement Perform B2B networking to increase brand awareness, and increase sales All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management with an emphasis on sales and service. Maintaining an excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license Driving company or customer vehicles may be required. Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in Commercial, Residential and Auto Glass industry Knowledge of retail practices and procedures in a sales and service environment Excellent Customer Service skills and sales skills Proficient in POS and MS Office
