Job Summary: We are seeking an individual who is experienced in commercial glazing installations and repairs with store-front and curtain wall systems. Candidate must be able to assemble, install, and repair various commercial glass products and systems. A Day In The Life·         Completing repairs and installing, curtain wall systems, storefront, doors & hardware, caulking, frames, etc.·         Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc.·         Use hand/power tools and job site equipment regularly·         Work with a crew of 1-2 employees to complete inspections and repairs ·         Abide by all safety rules and procedures·         Use fall-restraint equipment and PPE gear at all times·         Be on call to respond to emergency repairs when needed (typically 1 week per month)·         Communicate with customers and clients·         May be required to assist in other divisions as needed
What We Are Seeking·         2+ year(s) or more experience in commercial glass installation·         Experience installing curtain wall & store-front systems, very familiar with doors & hardware ·         Very familiar with glazing trade tools and materials·         Willing to participate in safety classes and certifications as required ·         Very comfortable working from heights and working outdoors year-round·         Has reliable personal vehicle ·         Willing to submit background check and drug test*Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals.
