We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC\/R Service Technician located in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. As a Commercial HVAC\/R Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC\/R systems in commercial settings. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC\/R issues will ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our clients' HVAC\/R systems. \n

Responsibilities:\n\nService and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC\/R systems.\nRespond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC\/R systems.\nUtilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.\nDevelop effective solutions to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.\nCommunicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.\nCompletes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop\/tablet.\nFoster positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.\nParticipates in an on-call rotation. \nSafely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.\n\n
Requirements:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training in HVAC\/R is preferred.\nMinimum of 3 Years experience as a Service Technician, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC\/R systems.\nUniversal EPA certification.\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.\nSolid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques.\nAbility to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.\nBasic computer skills.\nMust possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.\nMust pass a drug screen and background check.\n\n
