For information about ABM’s benefits, visit** ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) **2025.** **Essential Functions:** + Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches, and controls on electrical systems. + Ability to use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.) **Responsibilities:** + Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. + Identifies maintenance risks on equipment. + Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. + Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems, and performs warranty services. + Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. + Provides technical direction and on-the-job training. + Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. + Ensures compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act + Complies with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. + Assists with customers' queries. + Completes other duties as assigned. + **Work truck is provided.** **Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older. + **Commercial HVAC Service experience** + **Preventative Maintenance, diagnose issues on all units, troubleshooting with mechanical/electrical.** + **Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification required.** + **5+ years’** experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available. + Customer Service Experience focused \#200 REQNUMBER: 107367 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
