**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to conduct service and maintenance on various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with chillers, boilers, air handlers, and exhaust fan motors. Responsibilities include maintaining contracts, greasing bailers, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring belts are properly greased. **Responsibilities** + Conduct service and maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, and exhaust fan motors up to 100 horsepower. + Maintain contracts and grease bailers. + Troubleshoot and repair equipment including rooftop units, pumps, and sump chillers. + Check and ensure belts are greased and in good working condition. + Perform maintenance on sheet metal components. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a service technician in commercial and/or industrial settings. + HVAC License for the State of Iowa (must be DLL approved classes). + Clean driving record and valid driver's license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with commercial construction and HVAC systems. + Knowledge of sheet metal maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values expertise and dedication. Projects are located in commercial and industrial settings, including capital complexes, prisons, and courthouses. The work schedule includes set hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with an average of 50 hours per week.
