**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
**Job Description**
The HVAC Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
+ Operate, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems.
+ Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
+ Conduct inspections and filter changes.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues.
+ Maintain building systems including Roof Top Units (RTU) and Air Handler Units (AHU).
+ Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
**Essential Skills**
+ Commercial HVAC experience.
+ Proficiency in preventative maintenance.
+ Experience with CMMS.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ EPA Universal certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Installation and inspection skills.
+ Knowledge of BAS (Building Automation Systems).
+ Customer service oriented.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
