Our client, a leading provider of lighting solutions for commercial and industrial clients, is seeking a Commercial/Industrial Lighting Technician to join their team. As a Lighting Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance and installation team supporting clients in the Stanford, CA area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. **Job Title:** Commercial/Industrial Lighting Technician **Location:** Onsite **Pay Range:** $37.79 - $46.73 per hour **What's the Job?** + Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures. + Perform work on de-energized fixtures, disconnecting line power and securing emergency circuits. + Install, maintain, and repair ballasts, sockets, and other lighting components. + Retrofit and upgrade existing lighting systems. + Maintain inventory of lamps and lighting supplies in the service vehicle. **What's Needed?** + Two years of commercial lighting experience or equivalent education and relevant experience. + Experience with lighting maintenance, including installing and repairing commercial lighting fixtures. + Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) lighting codes. + Ability to apply work orders and follow electrical safety protocols. + Valid California Class C Non-commercial Driver’s License. **What's in it for me?** + Full-time temporary position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a Stanford FTE, depending on performance and business needs. + Opportunity to work with a leading provider of lighting solutions. + Competitive hourly rate. + Opportunity to work with a supportive team committed to safety and quality work. + Opportunity to learn and grow in the lighting industry.
