The Inside Sales Moving Consultant is responsible for responding to B2B inbound sales inquiries through website, phone and email. Develop business partnerships with corporations, industrial entities, medical / research facilities, museums and other moving companies. Consultants will qualify leads, conduct virtual surveys, compose and present move execution plan and related financial data.
ResponsibilitiesResponds inbound sales inquiries and enters required data into CRM.Replicates the in-person walkthrough experience utilizing AI powered virtual survey toolEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Develops and presents move plan to customer and negotiates changes in scope and price.Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.Coordinates handoff with customer success team providing all relevant documentation prior to handoff.Follow-up on open leads, pending estimates and manages pipeline through CRM.Prepares various sales reports – lead health, pipeline, closing ratios and actuals vs budget.Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years sales, marketing, or call center experienceExceptional phone and interpersonal skillsHigh proficiency in written and spoken EnglishWell-developed administration and organizational skills with strong attention to detailProficiency using basic Microsoft Office 365 applicationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred About
