We are seeking a Commercial Installer to join our team in De Pere, WI. In this role you will complete installation of products and services, resolve and troubleshoot issues while connecting face-to-face with customers.

The Role

Completes installation of products and servicesResolves and troubleshoot issuesConnects face-to-face with customers; consulting, assisting and educatingPrioritizes, organizes and efficiently completes tasks to meet deadlinesWorks independentlyWorks in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, elevatedNavigates a variety of terrains managing tools and equipmentStrives to provide the best customer experience every day Requirements At least 1 year of experience in cable/fiber installationExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn and operate testing equipment and software/programsAbility to utilize hand tools, identify wire size/color and accurately utilize measuring devicesAbility to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 pounds)Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and toolsA body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. **Safety is our #1 Priority.
