We are currently looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager located in our downtown Salt Lake City, UT location. Description: + Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue. + Services and manages all aspects for clients and their policies. + Maintains and continues to develop client and company business relationships. + Promotes growth of existing book of business. + Markets when necessary on renewal and new business. + Manages and coordinates processing of renewals, audits, cancellations, etc. Informs, educates, and makes recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs. + Stays abreast and maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions and technical knowledge. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Requires a College Degree and 1+ years in insurance industry with underwriting, sales, account management, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. + Insurance licensing required. + Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting, sales and renewals. + Good sales, customer service and client relationship skills. + Sound communication skills, both verbal and written. + Must be detail oriented and well organized. + Must have solid computer skills. + Ability to resolve problems independently.
