Job Summary:
The position of Commercial Lines (CL) Account Processing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative Commercial Lines processes related to EPIC and servicing the commercial book of business. This person will report to the Commercial Lines and work closely with Commercial Lines Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Process all endorsements
Review and process renewal policies as direct by AM
Complete audit requests
Maintain and update driver lists on all auto policies at renewal
Pull certificate holder reports and send to the insured prior to renewal
Process certificate renewals, and other easy certificates with no contracts or specs to be read
Review expiration lists (x list and my expiring policies) 120 days prior to expiration month and send to CL Account Managers
Review missed expirations report at the end of each month and forward to CL Account Managers to follow up and report back they have been renewed/updated accordingly in EPIC
Monitor procedures are being followed with authority
Review all incoming mail for remote employees and determine what needs to be scanned to them
Process claims mail
Enter claims information into Epic
Will follow all Agency and Commercial Lines Department policies, workflows, and procedures
Will document EPIC at the time of communication with client and/or carrier (email, phone, fax, etc. Will document EPIC as trained to
Work in a paperless work environment and hands free (headset) - “think, talk, type”
Maintain daily activities for all CL CSR.
Understand technical insurance and industry knowledge as well maintain knowledge on updated coverages, endorsements, forms, carrier appetites, etc.
Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills and licensing requirements
Duties are completed independently or within a team environment
Learn, understand, and maintain all systems, tools, and resources of the agency
Perform other duties as required
Complete and follow monthly Performance Objectives in Paylocity
