Commercial Investment Banking- Credit Portfolio Risk Analytics - Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate on the Credit Portfolio Risk Analytics team you will be responsible for supporting data analysis and business management covering credit portfolios; it is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders. **Job responsibilities** + Manage various data analysis and reporting processes covering credit portfolios for senior executive (C-level) and risk managers on regular basis, perform as subject matter expert for Credit data and reporting, managing a high-volume and high-complexity reporting book of work + Implement scalable automated solutions to improve reporting efficiency with business intelligence tools such as Python, R, Alteryx + Assist with key business management functions, including analysis for management reporting and ad-hoc requests related to credit portfolios + Engage with various senior stakeholders across Risk, Banking, Finance, Product, Technology, by eliciting and documenting requirements, gathering feedback and presenting to stakeholders of reporting products and drive next steps + Identify, define and present actionable solutions and insights; 'story-telling' with complex data **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + 4+ years of experience within MIS, Finance and/or Management Consulting roles within financial services industry. The successful candidate will have strong technical data skills and business acumen with experience in credit risk reporting + Proven expertise of SQL coding + Experience designing and implementing analytical-based business process including data visualization in dashboards, using data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Tableau. + Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources. Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation + Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. + Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions from data extraction to mining, modeling and visualization **Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Python and Alteryx experience is desired JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
