Commercial Lines Account Associate, Healthcare

**About The Role**
We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Healthcare team. You’ll work closely with an experienced group of professionals, focusing on exceptional client service and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide professional, prompt support to clients, handling coverage inquiries and requests.
+ Prepare and review key documents, including proposals, renewal packages, certificates, and policies.
+ Process transactions, endorsements, and invoices with precision and accuracy.
+ Analyze client coverage needs, exposures, and loss history to ensure proper risk management.
+ Collaborate with the team to market specific coverages and resolve client issues efficiently
**What You’ll Need for Success**
+ **RIBO License** **required** and at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
+ Exposure to Healthcare risks and/or Subscription policies are an asset
+ Strong organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; experience with EPIC is a bonus.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamskills
