They are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to service a book of business with medium to large accounts in various industries.
About the Opportunity
The Commercial Account Manager will work alongside a Producer, service existing clients and collaborate with administration, underwriters, management and other advisors in the office.
Responsibilities:Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via emailRespond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companiesParticipate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clientsPrepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoicesStay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partnersMarket accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changesRequirements:Valid broker licenseMinimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerageStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutionsCAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an assetCompensation:Base salary between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on relevant experience plus annual bonusFull health benefits plan, paid vacation, personal daysEducation support, continuous career development supportOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company
