**Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager** **Location:** Hybrid/Remote - Brooklyn, NY **Salary:** $75k - $95k (Based on Experience) **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident **Commercial Lines Account Manager** to join our team and manage a book of commercial renewals. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, either hybrid or remote, and is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage a diverse book of commercial clients, focusing on renewals and ensuring client satisfaction. + Handle accounts ranging from $5k to $50k in premium, addressing the unique needs of each. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of service. + Be proactive over the phone and confident in handling client calls and inquiries. + Collaborate with the sales team to support upselling or cross-selling opportunities, although no commissions are tied to the role. + Ensure accurate and timely completion of all account-related paperwork and updates. **Requirements:** + Must hold a valid **PC license** . + A minimum of **3+ years of experience** in a commercial lines account management role. + **Sales experience** is preferred, particularly in handling renewals and client communications. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid work environment. **What We Offer:** + Competitive salary range of $75k - $95k, based on experience. + Flexible work environment with hybrid or remote options. + Opportunities for career growth within a supportive, collaborative team.
