We are looking for an energetic, client focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate. If you are looking for a role that will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge as well your career in insurance, this is the position for you. The Account Manager Associate is responsible for assisting Account Executives and Account Managers with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as requiredOrders and processes scheduled loss runs and on demand loss run requestsProcesses direct bill and agency bill endorsements and auditsProvides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriersPrepares policy binders for delivery to clientsMaintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a responseInput/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as requiredProvide receptionist support, when neededOther reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisorREQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferredSuperior customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systemsMust be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skillsAbility or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentEDUCATION, LICENSING OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
