The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or Producer. This position requires direct interaction with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies and various departments within the HUB organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates & Evidence of PropertyOrder loss runs and input informationOrder MVRs and E ModsProcess change requests and cancelations – suspense and follow up, check and scan when receivedAudits – including checking rates, ordering worksheets and invoicingSupport Account Manager and Account Executives - provide updates once policy is bound (update future application and pull over to current)Process new business and renewalsSet up/update billing informationScan and input all correspondence into paperless fileEmail signed forms to carrierInvoicesPrepare policies to be deliveredReconcile fleet schedulesPrepare tabs for proposalsAgent of record lettersFinance agreement quotesRenewal of all policiesAdditional administrative duties – general scanning, mail, phone supportAssist as needed with various projectsHandle claims intake for the unitREQUIREMENTS:
