Commercial Lines Sr. Account Representative

General Description: Assist Sales Executive and Account Manager in service and retention of Commercial clients. The Sr. Account Representative will observe a hybrid work setting of 3-4 days in the Birmingham office.
Responsibilities:
Provides internal assistance to 4 Commercial Lines Account Managers.Processes client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and restatements. Review commercial lines insurance policies to ensure accuracy. Maintains accurate information in agency management systems.Requests information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes.Processes renewal certificates and insurance holder updates.Assists in preparation of summary of insurance documents and finance agreements, as needed. Assists Account Manager in preparing documents for client renewals.Assists in invoicing clients, including complex client invoicing. Assists Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Entry-level position; college degree preferredMust be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance licenseDetail-oriented and prioritizes accuracyComfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office productsAbility to work in a team environmentResourceful, eager to learn new concepts and further professional developmentOpen to feedback and coaching#LI-LT1#LI-Hybrid
