Qualifications:
· Prior leadership experience demonstrating data-driven decision making, motivating a group towards a common goal, and delivering and driving results through others
· Entrepreneurship skills and a self-starter mindset
· Intellectual curiosity in leveraging data to make insights and improve processes
· Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
· Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
· Associate must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
· Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
· Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
· Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and balance multiple tasks at once
· Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Requirements: •
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience in Commercial Insurance is preferred
