Beacon Hill is working with a sophisticated boutique law firm in Athens, Georgia seeking a commercial litigation associate attorney. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience with commercial litigation, business divorces, real estate disputes, contract disputes, high net worth estate litigation, and the like. Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery matters, and motions, handling hearings, and excellent research and writing skills are required.

Some hybrid work may be allowed, but most are in the office every day, regular office hours. Firm believes in work-life balance. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia.
