Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing Dallas office. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level attorney to be part of an expanding office, working on complex commercial litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar. 3–7 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation at a mid-large size law firm, or equivalent trial experience. Strong background in drafting and arguing complex motions, propounding and responding to discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Experience assisting with both jury and bench trials. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead case management efforts and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and legal analysis. Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of litigation, from pre-trial motions to discovery and trial preparation. Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability, financial services, and business disputes. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and advocate effectively in court proceedings. Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case management plans. Collaborate with a diverse team serving clients ranging from multinational corporations to emerging businesses.
