Commercial Litigation Attorney
Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Brickell law firm that is seeking a 3-7 year litigation attorney to handle complex commercial and business litigation matters involving a wide array of matters including banking, lender liability, UCC, intellectual property, antitrust, and breach of fiduciary duty matters in State and Federal Courts. This attorney will work with the litigation team and will have 4 days in office/Fridays from home with flexibility as needed. Additional Information: + Competitive salary up to $165,000 and performance-based bonuses. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. + Experience drafting pleadings, drafting and following up on discovery. + Experience participating in hearings and mediation and conducting depositions + Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record. + 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts.
