COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate is essential Secretarial diploma, Legal secretarial diploma, or Paralegal qualification will be advantageous Practice Manager experience will be an advantage 5 – 10 years’ experience as a Commercial Secretary Excellent knowledge of MS Word programs (MS Word 2010) Working knowledge of MS Excel Good typing skills (at least 60 wpm) Well organised and conscientious Strong communication skills Excellent language and grammar skills Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship skills Attention to detail
Job Function: 
Opening new files and onboarding new clients Capturing fees, invoicing, debt collection, and debt management Formatting of documents, copy-typing, and preparing execution versions of agreements Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments Liaise with internal staff General personal errands
