Job Description:

The Commercial Loan Research Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Research and Process Optimization Team reach and maintain TD's pledging target with the Federal Reserve Bank/Federal Reserve Board (FRB). In partnership with other business areas, the Commercial Loan Research Analyst will perform loan research and ensure compliance with FRB audits of pledged loans and keep pledging data/activities/controls current and compliant.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm (for a total of 40 hours per week)

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below5+ years related experience requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven time management and organizational skillsStrong computer skillsMust be able to work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekendsProven problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to work as an active participant in a team as well as independentlyExperience in a unpredictable and fast pace environmentProven ability to be detail orientedStrong leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Commercial Loan Documentation and Commercial Credit StandardsFamiliarity with Commercial Loan Origination and Servicing Systems (nCino, ACBS, Shaw)Previous experience in data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with TD data warehouse and document storage (Filenet, DocMan) is an asset
