Kforce is working with a global luxury brand located in New York in search of a Commercial Logistics Parcel Associate to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and on-site 5-days a week (37.5 hours). Responsibilities: * Encourage a culture of flexibility when working with teams in the Commercial Logistics division to ensure the successful accomplishment of assigned tasks in alignment with our standards * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the fulfillment of daily and monthly targets for outbound shipments * Handle both incoming and outgoing shipments * Safely transport packages * Track shipments and packages for monitoring purposes * Manage tasks related to reverse logistics * Assist with cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory checks * Follow up on special sales orders with committed delivery dates * Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and shipping documentation * Participate in D365 testing updates * Oversee Ferrari hand-off process at the end of the day * Packing and managing all parcel-related tasks in D365 * Understanding the procedures for both domestic and international outbound shipments using specific shipping carriers * Coordinating with the import/export department to ensure timely delivery of goods * Ensuring accurate and timely closure of all shipping manifests by end of each day * Monitor and maintain the availability of supplies * Control and monitor accounts based on pre-assigned calendar schedules * Follow 5S protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Perform engraving tasks as required * Approve invoices on a bimonthly basis
