Commercial Maintenance Technician Job Details Job Location Four Seagate - Toledo, OH Position Type Full Time We are looking for an experiencedCommercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. This position will complete the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all commercial building equipment including electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing, and HVAC systems to achieve increased efficiency. TheCommercial Maintenance Technicianwill be required to ensure safety while decreasing downtime by completing proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance. Responsibilities: + Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental and Company mandates related to building operations and work safety + Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, interior/exterior repair, and related grounds-keeping + Inspect building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities + Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance + Respond in a timely manner to emergency requests and coordinates outside assistance as needed + Review historical maintenance records to develop and implement proactive inspection and maintenance schedules Qualifications: + A minimum of five years of commercial building maintenance experience and HVAC certification is required. + The position involves the operation of company vehicles and a valid driver’s license is required.
