Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
•Understand clients' needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
•Achieve sales targets and objectives for all accounts.
•Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture additional revenue.
•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to all accounts.
•Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
•Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
•Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term growth and client satisfaction.
•Align sales and marketing efforts with the company's strategic goals.
•Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and market trends to senior management.
•Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
•Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall sales performance.
•Analyse sales data and market feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
•Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efforts.


Qualifications & Experience required:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar sales/marketing role.
•Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
•Creative thinking and innovation in approach to sales and marketing.
