**Role Summary/Purpose:**
Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business in the country, including managing our sales and technical teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring overall business success.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the country, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead a high-performance sales and technical team, ensuring effective team performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders and clients.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the country.
• Ensure the implementation of efficient and effective operating processes across the sales and technical teams.
• Monitor and report on progress against key performance indicators, and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
• Manage the company's legal entity in the country, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance in the country.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree or above in life science or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in life science.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share in Korea.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where agility and adaptability are crucial.
• Ability to travel extensively.
