Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

Mission:

Take the lead in all commercial, contractual and finance related aspects of assigned Project(s)Full ownership (jointly with the Project Manager) in the management and oversight of a project throughout its lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the process

Responsibilities:

Commercial Project Management

Manage the overall commercial topics in project execution including Cost Controlling, Reporting, & Forecasting, claim management, opportunity & risk managementProject business administration including invoicing and cash collectionAssurance of the correctness, consistency, and transparency of the overall project's financial status in compliance with internal Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP requirements.Involved in the Project month end closing activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are properly recognizedInvolve in selection of project partners and subcontractors.Support internal & external project audits as required, and perform project close out activitiesCollaboration with the Project Manager in terms of the project's strategic orientation and its respective internal and external communicationActive management of projects stakeholders.

Commercial Bid Management

May involved in project bid activities.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration> 5 years working experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in projects environment is a plusProject Management Certification is a plus.Prior experience in Big 4 firms would be an advantageExperience in collaboration with cross functional & geographical team is a plus.Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skillsWell versed in SAP and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Proficient in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment
