YOUR MISSION

Managing, coaching and mentoring the local sales and account management teams Work with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis and improve local teams performance metrics and support local teams with improved processes To adapt the Global sales strategy based on the local market situation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

At least 5 years of experience in managing high-performance sales teams  Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer. Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals Proven People management Availability to travel through Ukraine
