CAP is an interdisciplinary program designed to assist in the professional development of select individuals whose performance, previous professional experience at or before Chubb, and educational achievements qualify them for consideration for admission as a Professional Associate.
The North America Commercial Communications intern will be based in our Philadelphia, PA, office and will report to the AVP, Marketing & Communications – Industry Practices. This person will also support and assist the Manager, Marketing & Communications – Chubb Bermuda.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Conducting research and support major marketing campaigns. Developing content for various marketing channels including email campaigns, social media content, executive bios, and general internal and external communications. Reviewing and editing content for marketing and communications initiatives ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice. Supporting the development and production of marketing and event marketing materials, including product sheets, brochures, tradeshow and event collateral in compliance with Chubb’s brand standards. Working with graphic designers and internal Creative Services teams to manage production of presentations, videos, and other related creative assets, ensuring assets follow Chubb’s brand standards. Provide oversight and timely delivery of creative assets to various audiences through multiple internal and external communications channels in collaboration with digital marketing, social media, and editorial teams across the organization. Provide event support for North America Industry Practices and Chubb Bermuda teams, including event reporting, invitation creation, sourcing premium items with external vendors, managing event websites, creating event signage, etc.Internship Program is planned to start in June 2025.
