Commercial & Marketing Executive

**What’s the Role?**
The Commercial and Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing commercial strategies across the product lines to deliver increased revenues and subscribers, retain customers, and improve customer experience to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. The marketing aspects is responsible for managing overall Brand Marketing Communications through standard and digital channels with the aim of building a strong brand presence for FLOW. Drives the development, execution, evaluation and reporting on initiatives geared towards achieving company strategic and revenue objectives, within identified budgets and timelines. This position will require a strategic thinker who is passionate about building products that customers love. S/he will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
**What You´ll Do**
• **Commercial Strategy** Development and Execution: In collaboration with the central commercial and marketing team, plan and implement short- and long-term strategies aimed at increasing revenue and launching new products or services.
• **Pricing Strategy:** Develop and execute pricing strategies, considering market conditions, competitor activity, and central commercial guidance.
• **Customer Retention:** Design and implement loyalty programs to reduce churn and maximize ROI on customer acquisition efforts.
• **Market Research:** Monitor and understand the local market landscape, anticipate trends, and identify opportunities for growth. Analyze campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
**• Cross-functional collaboration** : Work closely with service delivery teams and central commercial and marketing teams to align with business unit strategic objectives, growth targets, CSR, and operational goals.
• **Brand and Communication Management:** Oversee all marketing, communications, PR activities, and events to maintain a consistent brand message across all platforms.
• **Partnership Development:** Build and maintain strategic partnerships to generate new revenue streams, ensuring the company’s growth.
**• Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:** Work with regional teams to prepare agency briefs and collaborate with product design teams on both fixed and mobile to deliver end-to-end GTM plans.
• **Advertising and Media Management:** Provide input and approval for advertising campaigns (radio, TV, social media), exhibitions, and promotional events. Manage media spending to maximize effectiveness.
• **Digital Marketing:** Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align digital strategies with product plans and drive business growth through key marketing channels.
• **Event Planning and Execution:** Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and in-market activities to support brand presence and customer acquisition/retention campaigns.
• **Media Channel Management:** Optimize both ATL and BTL media channels to ensure efficient use of marketing platforms.
• **Budget Management and Optimization:** Ensures the budget supports acquisition and retention campaigns are executed within budget and as per stated objectives.
• **Other Duties:** Perform additional tasks as required by the business
**Knowledge & Experience**
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Commercial, Marketing, Public Relations, and/or Communications
• Educational Experience or certification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related field required;
• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in telecoms in mobile, broadband, or TV consumer services; other FMCG industry backgrounds considered.
• Experience in digital marketing and online PR in an agency or consumer branding environment will be an asset
• Ability to understand and interpret customer insight through NPS
• Commercial expertise and financial awareness
• A tactical thinker with ability to implement ideas rapidly
• Lateral thinker with good analytical and strategic planning skills. A strategist who understands the significance of extraordinary customer service and implements frameworks to evaluate and improve customer service.
• Drives accountability and responsibility through to their team. Delegates successfully and communicate openly and effectively.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to structure and deliver strategic presentations clearly in written form and in front of audiences
• Strong numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel
• Very strong time management skills and ability to work with competing deadlines and priorities.
