Responsibilities The Opportunity The role of the Merchandising Analyst has the objective of supporting the PFNA Merchandising Center of Excellence (MCOE) Team and the PFC Merchandising team by support field sales by working with third party agencies and managing vendors that supply PepsiCo Canada with merchandizing equipment solutions and POS. The analyst is expected to have strong communication skills with Sales and Marketing global teams since they will be the first point of contact between the stakeholders area, regarding promotional equipment. The analyst will be required to field any Sales feedback or questions and provide solutions to support the overall PFNA/PFC Businesses Your Impact As Merchandising Associate Analyst your functions would consist: Track all PFC agency supported merchandising projects in a database Creating and modifying purchase orders. Syncronization within different PFC departments. Meet timelines and complete projects Direct contact and partnership with stales teams in supporting their business. Receive promotional calendars and submit them in internal softwares/customers portals for their execution by Sales Reps in the Canadian points of sale, according to the current commercial and marketing strategies. Capable to analyze results of the promotional activities and provide feedback to their stakeholders. Follow up to requests, and provide a solution either with existing promotional tools or by enhancing new functionalities. Continuous and open communication with their stakeholders to learn, apply and improve SLAs. Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results about vendor concerns. Participate in fine tuning activities to improve own performance. Consistently attending meeting with the client subject matter expert to acquire functional business requirements. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Recently graduated from Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years). (Supplier Management or vendor experience/ Shopper Marketing Experience) Experience 1 year of experience in Sales, Finance or Marketing areas. Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, basic functions) Advanced English and French language proficiency (nice to have), both written and oral communication. Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate. Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies. Proficient on creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources PowerBI is a ‘nice to have’, but not required Skills Partner with IT and intelligence teams to find best practices and solutions to business unit requirements. Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills. Must be a strong collaborative team player, with a deep problem-solving sense for own processes and business unit. Proficient oral and written communication skills, proactive in delivering results and new initiatives of improvement. Organizational skills and service oriented.
