Principal duties of the successful candidate include inquiry and specification review, buildout of rules and specifications into EBS, technical assistance with order entry, and customer technical assistance. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building necessary rules and specifications into EBS, while keeping existing specifications up to date. Ensuring order entry is correct from a technical aspect. Providing technical support to customers and commercial teammates. [[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Material or Metallurgical Engineering, or relevant experience. Willingness to travel 10-15% of time to customers and NPG mill facilities. Strong interpersonal skills, including customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Steel plate experience. Strong Customer Service Skills Knowledge of PSI Experience Reading and responding to industry and customer specifications.
