In this role, you will:

Performing advanced functions to support commercial real estate origination

Underwriting and/or asset management real estate analysis, underwriting and/or marketing functions, e.g., due diligence, document processing, research, financial/statistical analysis, etc. related to a transaction

Working with higher level staff to understand client needs and requirements and coordinate efforts to service clients by working closely with underwriting, pricing, and loan administration departments

Developing and maintaining knowledge of loan products and provide market intelligence to maintain competitive edge

Ensuring collected data meets federal agency requirements, analyzing financial statements, tax returns, projections and industry trends to be used in making credit decisions

May be responsible for conducting complex credit investigations and analyzing complex credit information

Preparing credit reports and monitoring credit agreement compliance

Mentoring junior employees within RECM

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
 

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Strong technical writing skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Financial analysis research, underwriting, valuation, and due diligence experience; related to multi family properties or commercial mortgage backed securities originations

Ability to develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of loan products and provide market intelligence to maintain competitive edge

Knowledge and understanding of bank, Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE), and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities lending programs and credit policies

A BS/BA degree or higher

Ability to achieve high production and quality standards

Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Solid problem solving and decision making skills


Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
