The Commercial Nerve Center department is looking for a Marketing/Sales Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN!
Position Summary:
As a Cambria Nerve Center Intern, you will play a key role in the sales organization by supporting lead generation, market research, data analysis, and sales efforts within Cambria’s inside sales team. This internship offers hands-on experience with relevant tools and collaboration with industry professionals, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the business. You will gain valuable skills in data analysis, reporting, and CRM software, while also supporting various sales segments, identifying areas for improvement, and engaging with our field sales team to drive growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
Developing reports and dashboards using Cambria's reporting tools: Tableau, Salesforce and the Google Suites
Utilize our CRM software for lead generation, research, and reporting to identify ways to support and activate our field sales team to drive growth.
Provide research and support for various sales segments.
Identify and implement process improvements for market research and lead generation.
Participate in leadership sessions and collaborate on a final project with other interns.
Take on special projects that match your interests and skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university
Completed 2+ years of coursework
Laser-sharp attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Minimum Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Digital Marketing or a related program. Expected graduation date of 2025, 2026, and 2027.
Experience: Some experience in a related field preferred
Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Experience with Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, and CRM systems (a plus, but not a must)

Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally
Physical Requirements: In-office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
Program Dates: May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025; M-F; 40 hour work week
