Tanium Commercial Operations Analyst  The Team

The Center of Excellence (COE) team operates across various business units (BUs), possessing advanced knowledge and expertise in each domain. Comprising highly skilled professionals, the COE disseminates knowledge, provides support to the Sales Team, and promotes best practices. The COE's main objective is to guide the Sales Team, ensuring effective management throughout the sales cycle. 

The Role

We are seeking an Analyst to support sales and deal related transactions through deploying global strategies and approaches.  This position will also be crucial in getting the Commercial Operations to the next level of customer service excellence by continuing to foster a culture of change and greater sales enablement. Consistency and governance are key features of an effective Commercial Operations Analyst. 

Primary Responsibilities  Continuously identify process improvement and sales training opportunities in partnership with business partners and Sales leadership.  Collaborate with Sales teams to implement and support self-service sales enablement for quote generation within established guidelines.  Offer field-level assistance for troubleshooting quoting errors and other issues  Collaborate closely with Sales Ops and Deal Desk to oversee renewal opportunity and quote generation processes.  Lead pre-order booking review activities in SFDC and collaborate with Order Operations to ensure efficient processes and handoffs.  Support Order Operations dunning efforts by contacting customers with overdue balances to collect payment or escalate to internal teams for support.  Process account statement requests and answer email queries regarding account balances.   Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers and progress towards collecting payment.   Coordinate orders from Tanium alliance partners with the Channel team.  Develop and deliver sales enablement tools such as Tidbits, SharePoint and Thursday Trainings for new Sales hires.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.  2-4 years proven experience in sales support, deal management, or related roles.  Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.  Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ).  Tanium Competencies:  Demonstrates initiative and motivation  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Team player Person of high ethics and integrity Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment    Additional Offerings: Attractive remuneration and comprehensive benefits     All full-time employees are eligible to receive restricted stock units.
