Minimum requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Supply Chain Management 5+ years' management experience in fresh produce post-harvest or supply chain Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, and international trade terms Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data management systems Experience in exporting sub-tropical fruit is essential Key Responsibilities
Manage supply chain processes to ensure quality, minimize losses, and comply with regulations Coordinate export logistics and documentation for international shipments Monitor packing, fruit grading, and temperature protocols throughout the logistics chain Lead laboratory testing and use data to optimize harvesting and supply chain processes Maintain food safety, social, and environmental standards in packhouses Oversee export returns, claims, and grower communications Collaborate on sales and operations planning to improve supply chain optimization
