Commercial Operations Product Support Senior Manager
Description The Commercial Operations Product Support Senior Manager will focus on activities that directly impact performance and stability of operational processes across Commercial Operations. They will provide leadership to managers and professionals and apply an in-depth understanding of business dynamics to solve complex problems in Commercial Ops. Primary responsibilities include + Driving performance through maturing metrics and management information supporting operational readiness for change initiatives. + Providing subject matter expertise on operational processes. + Managing and mitigating operational risks. + Identifying and implementing process improvements. + Employing problem solving skills to handle exception processing items. + Improving client experience. + Enhancing colleague engagement. + Assisting in day-to-day operational processing. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials + Minimum of 15 years of banking background + Minimum of 10 years of Payment Operations experience + Strong Project Management skills + Proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills + Ability to drive transformational change, initiate, plan and implement process improvements Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: M - F 8:30 - 5:00 PM Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
