  Commercial Operations Specialist 


  Position Summary The Singer Vehicle Design Client Experience Team is responsible for ensuring that clients receive a best-in-class client journey from first engagement through to delivery. The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for the development, oversight, and delivery of operational processes, dataflows, and content designed to elevate the Singer Vehicle Design brand and ensure every point of contact is an excellent experience in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.” The Commercial Operations Specialist is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Specialist, with regards to all client donor vehicles.  
  Essential Functions Analyzes client data and develops innovative ways to improve the Singer client experience  Effectively presents findings and works collaboratively to implement solutions in ways that will address the needs of internal teams and clients  Collaborates with the Marketing team to support the planning and execution of content and gifting strategies  Manages client and commission information stored and presented in the Singer Client Portal to ensure clients receive regular digital communications and updates from SVD   Manages tailored digital content for each client through the Singer Client Portal  Supports visits and tours at SVD US headquarters, assisting in the execution of the client journey  Produces detailed work instructions and informational logs for all department-related tasks  Further develops and manages Salesforce CRM system to ensure data fidelity and increase utilization   Provides department managers with monthly summary of customer journey including internal data flows, data accuracy, among other KPIs and recommendations  Understands, interprets, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and foreign regulations that affect sales, transportation, and logistics  Support with the management of Singer fleet vehicles, including sourcing, registration, and logistics  Works in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals  Liaises with Singer Reimagined to promote collaboration and alignment of brands  Reports to the department head regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, analysis, budgets, and expenses – 100% data accuracy required  Provide tools to enable Client Experience Managers to offer donor cars to clients for sale  Coordinates donor invoice and brochure requests  Maintains donor car data within Sales Force and SharePoint  Ensures effective historic record keeping for all donor sales and purchases  Supports with registration of US vehicles for US clients  Physically files paperwork in line with DMV requirements  Performs all other duties as assigned  Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field   One (1) to three (3) years of automotive sales, product and/or luxury customer service experience  Prior experience in rapidly growing business environment  Preferred Education and/or Experience Previous experience in the luxury goods or automotive industry    Skills/Abilities and Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write creatively and professionally utilizing an expansive vocabulary; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen   Strong ability to conduct clear and effective presentations to clients, outside groups, and/or internal staff  Must possess strong emotional intelligence to know when and how to speak to people to achieve desired results  Aptitude to interface with high level individuals, executives, company associates, and vendors  Strong understanding of business principles   Ability to analyze customer data, identify company strengths and weakness, and design procedures, policies, and programs to best utilize strengths and strengthen area of weakness  Team oriented with a strong ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet multiple deadlines  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently within and across departments  Manage multiple tasks with a focus on precision   Perform detailed data entry with high level of accuracy  Review and verify documents and data to ensure accuracy   Maintain a high standard of work through regular audit checks  Ability to manage time effectively across various tasks  Professional appearance  Expert user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  Competency and experience with key creative and CRM tools such as Adobe Suite and Salesforce   Experience with data visualization or business intelligence programs (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)  Prior experience in rapidly growing business environment  Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage, and services  Positive attitude and strong work ethic      Physical Demands/Work Environment Must be able to work in a seated position for extended periods Must be able to use fingers, hands, and arms at computer keyboard for extended periods Must have ability to speak clearly and distinctly and hear and be heard and understood in person, by telephone and email   Compensation The starting salary range for this position is between $68,640 -$75,100 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
