Commercial Painter (2nd shift)(4/10) Job ID 188869 Posted 14-Oct-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Beaverton - Oregon - United States of America **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a CBRE Painter and Multi-Skilled Tech, you will perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting. Working under close supervision, utilize several trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing. + Schedule/Shift: 4 day / 10 hour + Wednesday - Saturday (2PM - 12:30AM) **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces in order to ensure facilities are properly maintained. + Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools. + Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials in order to sustain a safe and hazard-free. + Drywall installation and repair techniques. + Prepare surfaces for repair by cutting, measuring, and fitting drywall. + Apply compounds and textures to drywall surfaces to ensure a seamless finish. + Other Duties as Assigned. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + High School Diploma/GED required. + 1 - 2 years of experience in commercial painting, required. + Advanced knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques. + Knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them. **CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES** May require valid driver's license.
