Position Overview:

A PM/Estimator is responsible for managing projects and estimating costs for commercial painting projects. This role requires a combination of project management skills and estimating expertise to ensure successful completion of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of commercial painting projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.Coordinate with project team members, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays.Communicate project updates and timelines to clients and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.Conduct cost analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations to clients.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.Proven experience in estimating costs for commercial painting projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
