We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to commercial paint and coatings. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate project estimates to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of commercial painting and coating projects. Create and manage accurate project estimates based on industry standards. Communicate project requirements to all team members. Prepare and coordinate bids for potential projects. Manage project costs and ensure that projects remain within budgetary constraints. Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on projects. Work with other departments to ensure that projects are completed within scheduled deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of commercial painting and coatings experience. Strong understanding of estimating and project management principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
