Position Overview: A Project Manager/Estimator is a key member of the team responsible for overseeing commercial painting projects from start to finish. This role requires a combination of estimating, project management and coatings paint skills in order to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate estimates for painting projectsManage painting projects from start to finish in accordance with client specificationsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractorsSchedule project components, labor needs, materials and equipmentMonitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetEnsure all safety standards are metProvide project updates to clients and team membersQualifications:
