Job Description

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. Must be familiar with PVC, Copper, Pex, and black iron installations.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildingsWork with materials such as PVC, Copper, Pex, and black ironRead and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systemsInstall pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water distribution and waste water disposalPerform soldering, cast iron fitting, and general labor tasksUtilize hand tools and power tools effectivelyEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety standardsEssential Skills3-5 years of commercial plumbing experienceProficiency in installing PVC, PEX, Copper, and black ironAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience in setting toilets, sinks, and tubsKnowledge of plumbing systems and materialsSkilled in soldering and fitting cast ironAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with new construction projectsFamiliarity with general labor tasks in constructionAbility to work with both hand tools and power toolsCommercial construction experienceWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
