Responsibilities Install, and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems in commercial environmentsInspect structures and plumbing systems, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floorsTroubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelinesAssemble, install, maintain or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and/or hardwareUtilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codesPromote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Masters License) Excellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s license Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver toolsFrequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling requiredWillingness and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessaryHigh school Diploma or GED equivalent
